The Dark Horse Tavern is a really cute place located in Virginia Highlands. They have a party called Metalsome Incorporated every Monday, Friday and Saturday nights. I am not a fan of metal music so I was not particually excited to be dragged there last Saturday night. It was basicully karaoke with only metal music. However, I had a blast watching my friends make fools of themselves. I would have graced the stage but I know no meal songs. The scene of the tavern was fun and casual. The crowd was mostly college aged people and some young adults. My only complaint is that it was a bit crowded and the tables were placed randomly in the middle of the room. The food was really good. GO THERE! You will like it.
